Rain works with infiltration, a spy network, gathering information, and meeting with outside contacts. After she gathers information, she gives Cyan a list of the best possible targets. She works with Cyan to create a strategy for every target, which Cyan then presents to Angel. For missions and Rebel targets, Rain helps scout the area and is in charge of the first sweep of the area, providing information and routes to the main force. Rain is the only one who knows the full extent of the Rebel forces unconnected to Walker. (Walker has his own contacts that he keeps secret from her.)
Rain was born in Persis, the capital of _______. Her father, an ambassador, married her mother, a chemist, when he came back from his first 5-year stint abroad in Marseine. Reared as the daughter of one of the most famous members of the Alchemy Guild in _______, Rain grew to be a precocious child. At the age of 6, she convinced her reluctant parents to obtain a divorce (they had been unwilling to do so due to her) and the two parted on fairly amiable terms. They still enjoyed each other's company, but agreed that the marriage was simply not working out. Rain's father went back to work as an Ambassador and was soon sent out to Marseine for a permanent post as representative of ________. While Rain grew to love the chemicals that her mother worked with, she missed her father dearly. Her mother became busier and busier inside the guild, leaving Rain often home alone and messing with dangerous things in her boredom. In one such incident, the ends of her hair became permanently dyed a dark reddish hue. (She has become proud of that distinguishing mark since then.) On her 11th birthday, Rain got into a huge fight with her mother about the lack of attention she was getting from her and demanded to be shipped off to Marseine to join her "daddy." To her surprise, her mother agreed and thought it might do her good to get out of the house and visit a new place.
Thus, Rain boarded the next ship to Marseine. She took to the new country and culture like a fish to water. Her father was overjoyed to see her and spoiled her tremendously over the next few years. He employed personal tutors for her and saw to it that she was able to pursue her loves, from chemistry to fencing.
Rain went through a fairly drastic rebellious phase. Having had her father wrapped around her finger, she was allowed to do pretty much anything. She became unsatisfied with her rather "relaxing" life and charmed one of her tutors (who was actually one of her father's spies) into teaching her the ropes. She went on some spying missions and became immersed in the tangled political underworld of Marseine. Having had a firsthand view of the corruption of the ruling Council of Marseine, she focused most of her dislike and distrust on that entity. Meanwhile, she continued to act the "delicate" recluse at home. Few people knew of the _______ Ambassador's daughter.
Overtime, she became unsatisfied with what Marseine's government was doing for its people. At this time, she stumbled upon Walker, and some of his secrets, and vice versa. In a mutual "don't tell" relationship, she began spying for him against the council. After certain political events, she joined the newly formed Rebel faction as one of its first members. There, she adopted the name "Rain" to separate that identity from her identity as the daughter of an ambassador. She quickly took over the Rebel spy network, working with Lillith and Walker to expand the Rebel base.
Currently, Rain works behind-the-scenes with the Rebels. She is Co-Leader with Angel, who is the visible leader of the Rebels. Due to her double-identity, she likes to be in disguise when going about her Rebel-work in public. Her favorite disguises include dressing as a young boy with her hair pulled up into a cap, or as an old beggar woman, wrapped in a mottled brown cloak with a walking staff to support her. She is very serious about keeping a low profile, despite the lack of true danger in her work. Unlike many other Rebels, she has political immunity from her association with her father's job as an ambassador. At most, if she were to be caught by the Royalists, she would be shipped back home to _______. Of course, her father would be replaced, so Rain prioritizes not letting her clandestine activities affect her father, whom she greatly admires.
At home, she acts the demure lady, and mainly focuses on being a "recluse," "quietly" reading or studying with her tutors. Her father has been trying to introduce her to reputable young men, in hopes that she would take interest in them, but his hopes have been in vain.
Rain is active and outgoing, preferring to keep herself occupied by doing many tasks at once. She's young, loves to take risks, with hardly an understanding about the consequences of her actions. She doesn't understand the danger of being part of the Rebellion (with her reliance on political immunity) and doesn't fully internalize the dangers her spies are in. In this manner, she has yet to mature. However, she does take her work seriously and views almost everything as a challenge to be overcome. Rain believes strongly in the Rebel cause, but at the same time, part of her support of it is her naive excitement in having a double identity.

Aha....but I feel so awkward now, since my character has practically the same talents in chemistry with acids/poisons. ; w ;'''''''
Err, should I change that? I don't want to be that one person everyone thinks copied the group leader. ||OTL
And don't worry about it O: For example, Charlie on the Royalist side, also specializes in acids/poisons.
You won't dear! ^_^
And we'll do a darn good job of it too. 8'DDD /shot
Thank youuu <33333
